Liberians in US Lobby to Stay
Liberians living in the US, who have recently lost their Temporary Protected Status after more than 10 years, are trying to get a bill passed in the US Congress so that they can stay longer.
Come home, people! Your country needs you.

and where will we stay?
coming home..yeah we want to, but it is not as simple as it sounds...do you know how many of us gat kids in school, jobs, support families back home, own houses, retirement accounts, and significant investments, not to mention going to school etc etc..? a comprehensive immigration reform is needed to address the plight of those of us(liberians) and other foreign nationals who do honest living, and have live here for more than five years etc...the politization of immigration affect alot of people including liberians.
